Document for Apartment  (to be given by the developer only once for one project)

For Private Land :

1. Ownership deed (photocopy of land) - মূল মালিকানা দলি

2. Baya deed for 21 years (photocopy) – বিগত ২১ বৎসরের বায়া দলিল।

3. Development agreement (joint venture) with the land owner.

4, Power of attorney (if any) – আমমোক্তার নামা দলিল।

5. Mutation Parcha নাম জারী পর্চা

6. Up to date Land Tax Receipt - হাল সনের খাজনা রশিদ।

7. Survey reports duly attested (ie City jorip parcha, RS parcha, SA parcha, CS parcha)

- (মহানগর জরিপ পর্চা, আর এস পর্চা, এস এ পর্চা, সি এস পৰ্চা,)।

 8. Approved plan/layout plan and approval letter by Rajuk/ Authority

 9. A Project Brochure

10. Memorandum & Article of Association of the Developer Company (once for a company)

11. Company profile (once for a company) – কোম্পানী পরিচিতি।

12. Work in progress report of the project – প্রকল্প কাজের অগ্রগতির বিবরণী


 For Government /Leased Land

 

1. Ownership deed/lease deed (photocopy) - মূল মালিকানা দলিল।

2. Baya deed for 21 years (photocopy) – বিগত ২১ বৎসরের বায়া দলিল।

3. Development agreement (joint venture) with the land owner

4. Power of Attorney (if any) & the letter of acceptance (আমমোক্তার নামা দলিল এবং উহার গ্রহণপত্র)।

5. Mutation permission from the relevant Govt. office - নাম খারিজ পত্র ।

6. Up to date Land Tax Receipt - হাল সনের খাজনার রশিদ । 

7. Survey reports duly attested (i.e City Jorip parcha, RS parcha, SA parcha, CS parcha)

-(মহানগর জরিপ পর্চা, আর এস পর্চা, এস এ পর্চা, সি এস পর্চা,)

8. Permission from the lessor to mortgage - বন্ধকের অনুমতিপত্র ।

9. Approved plan/layout plan and approval letter by Rajuk/ Authority

10. A project brochure including price details

11. Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Developer Company (once for a company)

12. Company profile (once for a company) - কোম্পানী পরিচিতি।
